Meet Connie

My name is Connie Wiebe, and I’m the owner of Country Hills Catering, proudly serving southwest Saskatchewan. I’ve been in the catering business for over 30 years, and I truly love to “love people through food.” Being invited into someone’s most important moments is a privilege I never take for granted.

Whether it’s a wedding, birthday, anniversary, graduation, or any milestone worth celebrating, food has a special way of bringing people together. It stirs up old memories, creates new traditions, and turns a gathering into something unforgettable.

When I’m catering a wedding, I like to really get to know the couple. It’s always fun to add a special touch to the menu that’s meaningful to them—maybe it’s what they ordered on their first date, a treasured family recipe, or simply their favorite dishes. Those little details help make the day even more personal and memorable.

In 2025, I was honored to be named Top Wedding Caterer for Saskatchewan. WOW! It was such a lovely surprise and a beautiful recognition of many years of hard work.
